Rhoads Water Systems is a family run business. We are available Monday through Friday from 8AM through 5PM. For your convenience we generally take calls into the business evenings when possible.  If we have technicians available, we try to provide emergency pump service Sat. AM as well.  If you call after hours, please leave a message.  We will be notified of your call and will try to return it as soon as possible. 

Our family maintains a strong dedication to church and community participation; therefore, we are usually not available throughout the day on Sunday.  If you leave a message during this time, we try our best to return your call by evening and arrange for service then or first thing on Monday.
